What: Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
Where: Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, and southeast South Dakota.
When: Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
