What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of north central and northeast Alabama, including the following counties, in north central Alabama, Cullman, Madison and Morgan. In northeast Alabama, DeKalb, Jackson and Marshall.
When: Through Tuesday evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
Additional Details: - Heavy rainfall on already saturated soils along with intense rainfall rates of 1-3 inches per hour at times will lead to a risk of flash flooding on Monday and Tuesday. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
