Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
Additional Details: - At 109 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Hereford, Simms and Bootleg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
Additional Details: - At 1046 AM CDT, Local officials reported flooding in the advisory area. Overflowing poor drainage areas and roadways from last nights excessive rainfall will still take time to recede. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Vega, Boys Ranch and Valley De Oro. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
