Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
Additional Details: - At 727 AM CDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but little to no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Amarillo and Bushland. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
