Impacts: At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur to ranch land. Secondary roads and low water crossings will be flooded.

It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to 6.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise to 7.8 feet early Thursday morning.
