At 258 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles north of East Mountain, or 8 miles southeast of Gilmer, moving east at 35 mph. This storm continues to weaken, and should this trend continue, the warning may be cancelled early.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Impact: Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Gilmer, East Mountain, Diana, West Mountain and Judson.
