Additional Details: - At 329 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across Central Bell County around Nolanville, Belton and Morgan's Point Resort. Radar estimates up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. Minor flooding of roads and low lying areas may occur over the next few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Temple, Harker Heights, Belton, Nolanville, Morgan's Point Resort, Belton Lake, Stillhouse Hollow Lake, Union Grove, White Hall, Woodland, Moffat and Owl Creek.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
