What: Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
Where: Hughes, Lyman, Sully, Campbell, Edmunds, McPherson, Potter, and Walworth Counties.
When: From 4 AM to 10 AM CDT Saturday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
