What: Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (4.5 to 7.0 feet Mean Lower Low Water).
Where: The South Coast of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including Narragansett and Buzzards Bays.
When: From 4 AM to 11 AM EST Monday.
Impacts: Some water on low lying roads and property.
Additional Details: Minor overwash could freeze on vulnerable shoreline roads with those roads becoming slippery.

Do not drive through flooded roadways.
