Where: Higher Elevations of Fayette and Westmoreland Counties.
When: From 8 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Monday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions.
Additional Details: A few heavier snow showers or squalls could also result in reduced visibility this morning, and again this afternoon.
