Where: A portion of central Pennsylvania.
When: Until 8 PM EDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
Additional Details: Smoke aloft from wildfires in Ontario and northern Minnesota may help to lower the temperatures a degree or two from current expectations for Wednesday. If it does, that would help to lessen concerns for heat illnesses.
