Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected over the Laurel Highlands and south-central mountains starting early this Sunday morning with additional rounds of showers and storms possible through the late afternoon and early evening.
