Impacts: At 9.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs north and south of the floodwall in Tiffin. Coe Street, Water Street, East Davis Street, and riverside property along Front Street are threatened.
Additional Details: - At 12:45 PM EDT Monday the stage was 8.9 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 9.2 feet this evening.
