What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Northern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio East Central Perry County in southeastern Ohio Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio
When: Until 1045 PM EDT Sunday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
Additional Details: - At 416 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with rain from early this morning and storms this afternoon. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include McConnelsville, Malta, Bristol, Eagleport and Hackney. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
