Where: North Central Athens County in southeastern Ohio Southeastern Perry County in southeastern Ohio
When: Until 800 PM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 200 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Glouster, Shawnee, New Straitsville, Corning, Jacksonville, Trimble, Hemlock and Rendville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
