Description

What: Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
Where: Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.
When: From 3 AM to 10 AM CDT Thursday.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
