What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Missouri River at Waverly.
When: From this evening to Friday evening.
Additional Details: - At 4:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.9 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 21.0 feet tomorrow morning.
