What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Missouri River at St Joseph.
When: From Thursday evening to late Sunday night.
Impacts: At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding upstream and downstream from St. Joseph occurs. At 19.0 feet, Backwater from the Missouri River floods property along the Nodaway river at Nodaway, Missouri. At 21.0 feet, Riverfront Park in St. Joseph begins to flood.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet. - ForecastThe river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to 20.7 feet Friday evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning to 6.7 feet Sunday, October 18. It will rise to 6.9 feet Tuesday, October 20.
