At 1208 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Pierre Part, or near Belle River, moving northeast at 25 mph.
Hazard: Winds in excess of 40 mph.

Impact: Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include Gonzales, Donaldsonville, Napoleonville, St. Gabriel, Prairieville, Paincourtville, Geismar, and Belle Rose. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 171 and 179.
