Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Repeated rounds of storms tonight into early Wednesday morning may result in greater than 2 inches of rain in a short period of time. Torrential rainfall rates may lead to instances of flash flooding and rapid rises on creeks and small waterways.
