When: Through Thursday afternoon.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - A slow moving, moisture laden system is expected to bring widespread rainfall of two to four inches, with locally higher amounts of around six inches.
