Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 325 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Destin, Eglin AFB, Milton, Valparaiso, Mary Esther, Bagdad, Ocean City, Lake Lorraine, Baker, Oriole Beach, Navarre, Shalimar, Cinco Bayou, Navarre Beach, Roeville, Point Baker and Parkerville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
