What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Shoal River near Crestview.
When: From Monday evening to Thursday morning.
Impacts: At 8.5 feet, Water in yards on Sowel Road.
Additional Details: - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.3 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage Monday evening to a crest of 9.0 feet Tuesday morning.
