What: The Gila River is expected to exceed bankfull levels at 16 feet once again this afternoon into evening as a secondary crest impacts the site.
Where: Gila River at Gila River at Duncan.
When: Until this evening.
Impacts: At 16.0 feet, Action Stage: Water could begin to damage the dike structure that protects Duncan.
Additional Details: - At 8:30 AM MST Wednesday the stage was 6.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - ForecastThe river will rise to 16.6 feet late this afternoon, gradually lowering to 16.3 feet this evening.
