Wolf River at New London affecting Winnebago, Outagamie and Waupaca Counties. Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Waupaca, Outagamie and Shawano Counties. For the Lower Wolf Riverincluding Shiocton, New London, Lake PoyganMinor to Major flooding is forecast.

Impacts: At 12.0 feet, Widespread flooding of shoreline property is occurring from the New London area to Lake Poygan. Water reaches the top of the retaining wall in New London.
