Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of east and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in east Texas, Angelina, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby. In northeast Texas, Cherokee, Panola, Rusk and Smith.
When: Until 7 AM CDT Thursday.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional Details: - Periods of locally heavy rainfall resulting from Tropical Depression Edouard could lead to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
