S: Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Jasper, Hardin, Jefferson and Orange Counties. Village Creek Near Kountze affecting Hardin County. Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake affecting Hardin and Jefferson Counties. For the Neches Riverincluding Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater BarrierModerate flooding is forecast. For the Village Creekincluding KountzeMajor flooding is forecast. For the Pine Island Bayouincluding Sour LakeMinor flooding is forecast. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov. Where: Pine Island Bayou near Sour Lake.
When: From this afternoon to Friday evening.
Impacts: At 29.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. Water covers roads in Bevil Oaks.
Additional Details: - At 6:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 28.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: A portion of southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Lower Jefferson, Northern Orange, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton, Southern Orange, Tyler and Upper Jefferson.

Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
