The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texa S: Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier affecting Jasper, Hardin, Jefferson and Orange Counties. Village Creek Near Kountze affecting Hardin County. Pine Island Bayou Near Sour Lake affecting Hardin and Jefferson Counties. For the Neches Riverincluding Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River Saltwater BarrierModerate flooding is forecast. For the Village Creekincluding KountzeMajor flooding is forecast. For the Pine Island Bayouincluding Sour LakeMinor flooding is forecast. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov. The next statement will be issued this evening at 800 PM CDT. What: Moderate flooding is forecast. Where: Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier. When: From this morning until further notice. Impacts: At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be expected. Additional Details: - At 7:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.7 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning and continue rising to a crest of 7.1 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 4.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 7.6 feet on 05/31/2015. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Impacts: At 29.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding will occur. Water covers roads in Bevil Oaks.
Additional Details: - At 6:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 28.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: A portion of southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Lower Jefferson, Northern Orange, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton, Southern Orange, Tyler and Upper Jefferson.
When: Through this evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional Details: - Heavy rain in bands from the remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard will be possible through today. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
