I was hoping for a TWN prank, but no they were right (VIDEO uploaded) about us receiving that four letter word - SNOW. It's nothing we can't handle but it feels more like an April Fool's gag than Halloween eve. I hope everyone has a very safe and enjoyable Halloween; and drivers be extra cautious this evening.
