La côte est prisonnière du blizzard
Dimanche 24 janvier 2016 à 7 h 33 - Alors que la tempête colossale qui a touché la côte est américaine samedi est en perte de vitesse, les personnes touchées constatent les dégâts.

Selon les autorités, la tempête a touché plus de 85 millions de personnes, dont 30 millions qui ont été confrontés au blizzard. Des milliers de vols ont été annulés et plusieurs centaines d'accidents ont déjà été rapportés. La Virginie, la Pennsylvanie, le Maryland et la région de la capitale ont déclaré l'état d'urgence. En plus des importantes chutes de neige (jusqu'à 101 centimètres par endroits!), la tempête a aussi causé de nombreux accidents et 19 décès ont été constatés.
