In Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood,Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
