* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall continues.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the followingcounty, Miami-Dade.* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas isoccurring or is imminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 456 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. This is causing urban and small streamflooding including reports of flooded roadways north ofdowntown Miami. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area.
